Per-Diem/On-Call - Print/Reprographics Fulfillment Associates (Coverage Hours 2nd and 3rd shift)

We offer on-site management of correspondence and high-volume production mail, reprographics, facsimile, records, desktop publishing, electronic documents, print-on-demand, as well as print and business recovery solutions PBMS is currently seeking Per-Diem/On-Call Print/Reprographics Fulfillment Associates who are customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by including binding, hole punching, stapling. drilling, and cutting utilizing copy equipment onsite. · Complete job tickets with minimum instructions. · Troubleshoot jams and perform normal key operator preventative maintenance on machines. · Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels. · Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction. · Package completed print jobs for shipment or distribution. · Maintain knowledge through formal training and independent study of the operations manuals. · Make deliveries as appropriate. · Perform other duties as assigned. This is a on-call/Per-Diem position with Pitney Bowes Management Services (Temp Position). The hours for this position varies because it is based on business needs.
