Performance Analyst  
Global Security Company working with a Government department has a requirement for a Performance Analyst for a permanent position.  
As a Performance Analyst, you would be required to: 
 

• Work with the Performance Manager to develop Strategic and Operational Reporting Frameworks and maintain alignment with changing business needs 
• Analyse performance trends and potential improvement areas and provide feedback to Service Providers at regular performance meetings 
• Produce service reports for each service provider and breaches of targets are highlighted, investigated and actions planned and acted against to prevent recurrence 
• Participate in a range of operational meetings as requested by Performance Manager 
• Ensures that documented service performance reviews are scheduled and carried out with service providers and the client 

To be successful in this role, you would need to have the following:  
 

• Business/IT qualifications  
• ITILV3 Foundations Certificate or Higher or relevant experience within ICT (Desirable but not essential) 
• Experience in working within enterprise scale, multi-sourced ITT operations 
• Experience at working within a cross functional team of business/technical analysts 
• Effective operation of standards, procedures, review, reporting, and escalation processes and procedures 
• Effective coordination of multiple, concurrent activities, while understanding and managing dependencies and risk
