Performance Analyst Jobs Dundee
Our client, is looking to appoint an Analyst who will analyse data/information from different streams of the business and make conclusions to identify projects that will influence change within the business to improve customer service, productivity etc...
The role will involve:-
Bringing together large pieces of data.
Analysing data, reviewing trends and patterns and producing insight.
Produce weekly reports that measure's the business performance.
Implement and suggest changes to the current ways of working to improve them
Identifying emerging issues and trends and take action to identify solutions
Key experience required for the position:-
Experience of using Microsoft applications to automate and simplify data analysis
Experience of extracting translating large amounts of complex data into simple and relevant reports
Experience of processing large amounts of information quickly and accurately
Communicating and presenting findings
Working within a FMCG, Research or Customer Service organisation.
