Performance analyst recruitment
The role will require an individual to assist in the maintenance and development of the performance measurement, attribution and analysis function on offer. The role will entail taking ownership of the sourcing, calculation and maintenance of benchmark data used in the production of monthly performance measurement and attribution reporting. Alongside liaising with personnel to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all information.
The ideal candidate should have two years plus performance experience, preferably in an asset management firm.
Technical Skills Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement
• Proven experience as a performance analyst in a institutional investment manager.
• Knowledge of benchmarks
• Numerical background
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to set priorities, manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks
• Proficient in Excel and has knowledge of factset and Bloomberg
• Excellent execution- organised and focused on meeting deadlines and ensuring that work is grammatically and technically accurate.
