Performance Analyst – Top-Tier Fixed Income / Alternative Investment Asset Manager recruitment
The Opportunity:
- New opportunity to work as a performance analyst within a leading fixed income asset manager, with a great reputation for managing innovative investment products, including alternative investment products
- Working within a small and established, highly skilled performance team, you will be involved in the whole performance piece, including the production of monthly performance returns as well as more detailed and bespoke attribution analysis
- Other duties may also include the production and reconciliation of fund and benchmark data for attribution analysis and the reporting of performance returns to third party measurers such as JP Morgan and Northern Trust, as well as weekly and monthly performance summary reporting

Your Experience:
- You will have a strong record of academic achievement and be demonstrably numerate, combined with a qualifications(whether academic or professional) that show an interest and inherent knowledge of financial services / asset management
- It is essential that you have demonstrable performance measurement experience gained from within the asset management industry, along with a strong understanding of attribution analysis
- Familiarity with fixed income attribution techniques important, as well as a demonstrable interest in this asset class
- Experience of using attribution and performance measurement software, such as Statpro
- It is likely that you will have passed relevant recognised industry qualifications such as the IMC (Investment Management Certificate)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential as there will be a requirement to liaise extensively with both internal and external stakeholders
- You must have a keenness to learn and demonstrate an enthusiasm to want to gain as much knowledge as possible
- Strong attention to detail
