Performance Analytics – Associate Director recruitment
Investigo are seeking an associate director for performance analytics to join a top tier global retail bank. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving analytics on a global basis with high exposure to global cost programmes.
You will carry out the following:
- Drive the effective delivery of all business performance management and financial analytics, accountable to the CFO and Exco
- Drive a commercially driven, high performing global centre of expertise for Business Performance and Analysis
- Drive and develop high quality actionable analytical insight to influence strategic direction and transformation
- Lead the day-to-day relationships and stakeholder management, influencing up to CFO, CEO, Business Unit CFOs and Heads
- Lead and manage a commercially driven, high performing global centre of expertise for Business Performance and Analysis
- Lead and develop high quality actionable analytical insight to influence strategic direction and transformation
- Lead day-to-day relationships and stakeholder management and provide complex information to these senior stakeholders in a way that enables them to make key business decisions
- Influence stakeholders through excellent communication of information the presentation and recommendation of appropriate solutions
- Support the senior leadership team in developing and implementing strategy to deliver BPA vision and achieve overall goals
- Develop and implement tools to enable new analysis to become BAU
