Performance and Analytical Analyst recruitment

ASA's client is global leading investment servicing firm. They are currently seeking to recruit a customer manager / Senior Performance Analyst.

The Customer Manager is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with Customers, This involves the end-to-end ownership of the relationship process to ensure that all service levels meet and exceed Customer, regulatory and legal requirements. On Top of this they are also responsible for all investment analytics, consulting and customer related services as well as problem resolution with other product areas.

A sample of responsibilities covered in the role would include:
·Client relationship management
-Service level adherence
-Face to face and conference calls
·Operations Management
-liaising with internal depts resolving policy, procedural and other routine problems that may arise during the normal course of business
·Plans and executes work processes in accordance with internal controls, customer and legal requirements

A sample of candidate requirements include:
-Ideally 5 years experience in a financial services firm such as asset management or a custodian bank.
-Experience of performance analytics and risk is essential.
-Stock level reporting
-Client reporting
-Fixed Income Attribution
-Ability to explain technical reports to clients
-Comfortable leading service review meetings
-Knowledge of financial markets and products
-Implementation and project experience would be advantageous
