Performance and Attribution Business Analyst recruitment

The Business Analyst will support the team  to ensure effective delivery of agreed projects, covering activities such as: Impact assessment of changes, analysis and documentation of requirements, Identification and analysis of solutions and design of the implementation of process and organisational changes

The Business Analyst will Develop effective relationships across Investment, Operations, IT and the wider Programme communityas well as interpret business requirements into system requirements and business processes and where appropriate, act as a bridge between the less technical BAs and the Developers/Technical resource to ensure correct implementation of requirements.

Aplicants will need an understanding of the Asset Management industry with strong knowledge in Performance and Attribution as well as:

Experience in a business analysis role essential including business process change and technology change experience

Knowledge and experience of standard business process modelling techniques

Experienced of requirements elicitation through direct interaction with business users and their processes 

Experience of working with senior business users

Logical, structured thought processes and good problem solving skills

Experience of a Performance and Attribution system, such as BISAM, an advantage

Technical knowledge of SQL an advantage

Structured analysis techniques such as UML

Experience of operational process change is preferred

Contribute to the BA community and the development and deployment of analysis best practice, tools and methods

Experience and knowledge of fund accounting an advantage

Experience of an Order Management System, such as Charles River, an advantage

Experience of working on large programmes of change an advantage
