Amoria Bond are a rapidly expanding specialist recruitment consultancy with divisions within the ITC, Engineering and Banking and Finance sectors across Europe and the whole of the UK.

Due to the growth in our sales headcount and industry leading retention figures, we are now looking to recruit an additional dedicated Performance Coach to be based in our Manchester office.

Our dedication to training and development has increased hugely over the last 2 years and this has resulted not only in growth of sales headcount, but also a need to further increase the size of our TD team to accommodate our dedication to supplying industry leading support for new and existing recruits. The role of a Performance Coach is a pivotal, motivational role with Amoria Bond. The main responsibility is to directly affect the development of Recruitment Consultants through empowering them with essential sales skills. This is achieved by utilising refined business coaching techniques, instilling proven sales processes and by giving essential advice by using previous recruitment experiences. The role will also involve being responsible for creating continuity with the development of individuals by communicating effectively with mentors, managers and directors who will work closely with the Performance Coach to formulate Personal Development Plans for each consultant.

Ideally the successful applicant will have:
- A proven and successful background in the recruitment industry of at least 3 years
- Someone who loves recruitment, but has fallen out of love with making sales calls
- Someone who has a desire to transfer their skills within an empowerment framework
- Someone who has a passion to positively affect other people lives
- Someone who is driven by recognition for doing an excellent job.

Other essential attributes include: some supervisory/mentoring experience; strong inter-personal and communication skills; adaptability and flexibility and excellent time management skills.
