Performance & Compliance Analyst recruitment
Essential Activities
- Maintain the performance reporting mechanism and produce reports relating to the trust fund performance
- Conduct reconciliation of Employee Trust Funds monthly performance return
- Participate in the analysis, review, and approval of new modified portfolio benchmarks
- Gather and provide performance information for monitoring and evaluating investment managers
- Assist with the monthly compliance testing
- Monitor regulations and prepare compliance regulatory reports
- Assist with compliance documentation
Candidate Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or similar degree preferred
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and Excel skills
- Experience working in an investment setting a plus

The position requires U.S. work authorization and current residency in, or willingness to relocate to, the Madison, Wisconsin area. SWIB is prepared to offer relocation assistance.
Occasional travel may be required for this position.
