The Performance Consultant understands the business' goals and objectives, spanning multiple business units (i.e. IT, Sales, Retail, Call Centers), identifies business performance gaps, and then, in partnership with human resource professionals, designs and implements human capital strategies and tactics to sustain measurable outcomes. The Productivity Consultant earns and develops credibility as a valued and trusted business partner at the most senior levels in the organization. The selected incumbent will, identify and diagnose significant performance issues, problems and opportunities, the resolution of which will yield substantive, measurable benefits to the company. Understanding the business goals and objectives of clients and the primary drivers of business results. Collaborate with the business unit leaders, Human Resources and other business partners to assess, develop, implement and measure integrated human capital solutions that result in significant business value and higher performance. Actively engage as a member of the business unit's leadership team, making valued contributions to achieving business objectives and participating in discussions and dialogue that advance the business.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
• Five years of experience as an external consultant to businesses on non-training based human capital focused solutions.
• Five years of experience identifying and interpreting financial and statistical analyses (ROI, regression analysis).
• Five years of experience designing, implementing, and managing multiple complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years of experience as a lead consultant.
• Masters of Business Administration
