What you will do
Join us in a consultancy role and you’ll be involved in:
• Finance Transformation – Finance operating model design, controls framework and processes and finance systems optimisation / design
• Shared Services – Shared service centre and off shoring scoping, design and implementation, service level agreements
• Financial Statement Close Process – Optimised and faster close process design and implementation and close process management
• Business Performance Management – Scorecards / KPIs, Treasury accounting and reporting, planning and budgeting optimisation and customer and product profitability
We’re looking for people who have:
• Strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions to financial services industry clients
• Potential to develop strong client relationships
• Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered
• Team player who openly supports, encourages and shares knowledge with colleagues
