Performance Improvement Officer

My client is a Runcorn based Housing Trust who is looking to recruit an experienced analyst to support their customer service function on a temporary basis until the end of December, however the successful candidate will be able to apply for the permanent job in the new year.

The role be reporting into the Customer Service Manager and will involve reporting and analysing data around peaks and troughs, trends etc from the 15 strong customer service team. As well as providing reports, you will be expected to make recommendations to improve productivity and performance.

This role would suit an experienced analyst who has experience in contact centre / customer service performance improvement with excellent IT and communication skills.

As well as an excellent salary package, the client offers a 37 hour week with full flexi-time and no weekend or bank holiday working.
