What you will do

Join us in a consultancy role and you’ll be involved in:

• Operations change management / transformation experience, including an understanding of IT, spanning some / all of the following areas:

• Operating Model Design - Target Operating Model, Business Operating Model, Organisational Design, Functional Architecture, Locational Model, Application Architecture, Sourcing Models, Onshoring / Offshoring, Insourcing / Outsourcing

• Process Improvement - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Transformation, Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modelling, Process Mapping, Process Flow Definition Design.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions to financial services industry clients

• Show potential to develop strong client relationships

• Have intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered

• Are team players who openly support, encourages and share knowledge with colleagues.
