Performance Management Analyst

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the business partner for Global Corporates and Financial Institutions, the key responsibilities of the role include co-ordinating the management and delivery of insightful MI from MD through to client level, analysis, producing monthly performance reporting pack and providing business partnering and insight to the respective MDs of GC FI.

Essential Experience:

Qualified accountant with a very strong academic background.

* Operating and influencing stakeholders across all levels of seniority (evidenced by being sought out by the business as a credible thought partner).
* Collaborative working, building strong relationships with the business and key support areas.
* A highly developed understanding of commercial banking, Global Corporates and Financial Institutions.
* Expert understanding of core products and capabilities.
* A clear understanding of the wider capabilities and how these fit together/ should be developed collaboratively
