Performance Management BA
Leading Investment Bank is seeking the services of an experienced Business Analyst who has experience of working within a HR stream previously who is very technology minded.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience working across MI, HR and IT; gathering requirements, having the ability to translate business directives into technological language for the IT teams, experience of running global and local workshops.
The successful candidate will have the following experiences:
• Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Experience of translating business requirements into a technical spec for technology teams.
• Experience of working on Talent Management HR Projects previously is essential.
• Strong experience of software implementation with a large, global organisation.
• Experience of running global workshops and UAT.
• A proactive person who can respond to a problem and fix it autonomously.
• Experience working within HR, MI and IT is absolutely ideal.
