Performance Management Capital Markets Specialist
A major Banking institution have a great opportunity for a Performance Management Specialist aligned to their Capital Markets business . The successful candidate will be working in a team of 7 specialists in a delivery function which is responsible for: leading on transformation, driving informed decisions ,targeted client planning and ongoing performance management, which are critical in supporting the business
Responsibilities
Working with stakeholders to develop and deliver value-add, meaningful MI and analysis
Develop KPI's and Balance Score Card objectives , to help the business to monitor and track its performance.
Deal pipeline, reporting and monitoring of client contacts / activities with clients, prospect clients and priority clients.
Preparation of business reviews and presentations to divisional committees
Production and continuous improvement / automation of these MI.
Candidates must have a good understanding of capital Markets ie understand how bonds are made up , risk management , interest rate swaps, acquisition finance and a variety of loan products and will probably come from a wholesale or international banking background
