Job Description:
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Participate to the production, control and monitoring of reporting activity.
- Monitor offshore activity.
- Control consistency and the reliability of the database.
- Update the Reporting referential and manage data integration.
- Use of specific tools for reporting or performance purposes.
- Participation in the development of reportings improvement and controlling tools.
- Run reporting and create new reports for SSC clients (change management)
- Participate to transversal projects within the Reporting scope
- Use provider interface (Bloomberg, Datastream, Factset , GP3, MCH, etc…),
Qualifications:
Experience level of education
- 3-5 yrs study in Finance; Accounting; Economics, Computing or other numerate subject
- Minimum of 2 years Asset Management, Custody, Banking or Financial Services related business experience required, working within a team environment.
Personal qualities
- Rigour, good organization, stress management, team spirit, analytical skills, high involvement
Language skills
- Good English
Computer knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, Macro), Market Data Services (Bloomberg/Extel etc.)
