PERFORMANCE & RISK ANALYSIS MANAGER / ANALYST

Our client is global investment management firm with offices, clients and business lines spanning the world's major markets. With steady growth within the Asia-Pacific region, they are now looking for an investment professional who has solid exposure and experience in the Hong Kong/China equities markets to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to clients. You will actively service and support stakeholders including equity and fixed income investment teams, client service, retail and institutional sales, marketing and senior management of all offices within Asia region as well as headquarter in all aspects of performance information, reporting and analysis. You will deliver valuable performance services and support including the provision of all performance information and reporting, and the review of portfolio performance against benchmarks and competitors, performance attribution and drivers, portfolio positioning and ex-post risk/statistical analysis.  Last but not least, you will lead projects, assign work and ensure that project deliverables are completed according to project timelines.

To qualify you will be an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics preferred.  You will have at least at least 4 years investment performance experience. CIPM, FRM or CFA, is preferred.  Excel (including VBA), Morningstar Direct and Factset is a must. Performance Attribution system, Statpro is a big advantage. Excellent communication and engagement capability (written and oral) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Analyst position.
