Job Description
To manage the delivery of the FTP B/S Performance Solutions and associated analytics reporting including downstream users / applications such as Fermat B/S Management, Performance MI and Data Warehouses
Key Roles Responsibilities
1. Work with Finance/ Group Treasury and ALM teams as part of the Finance Transformation agenda to identify critical current future FTP requirements for a core finance solution.
2. Lead the assessment of available solutions with technology and business process partners to define the roadmap to meet the requirements in a scalable manner (current then future).
3. Work with other Functional Leads in Enterprise Performance Management to define a solution architecture and strategic roadmap for integrating FTP into the E2E B/S Management Performance Management flows.
4. Understand and become a consultant to the stakeholders regarding FTP capabilities within Finance.
5. Provide support to other teams within Group Finance Strategic Solutions providing product management and functional guidance on FTP capabilities integration points.
6. Provide training to stakeholders on FTP in conjunction with Group Treasury.
7. Work with FTP Support Team in India and assist in testing of enhancements.
Qualifications Skills
• Good knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Treasury concepts
• Broad understanding of Liquidity- and Interest Rate- Risk practices (including Fund Transfer Pricing)
• Excellent presentation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• A team player and enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
• Able to creatively apply analytical solutions to business problems
• Any experience with PS-FTP FERMAT application (or risk-management systems) is an added advantage
