Performance Solutions Senior Consultant
- Designs instructional materials and course content, including but not limited to learning objectives, storyboards, job aids, administrative instructions, train-the-trainer, and evaluation criteria in accordance with established standards and methodologies
- Utilizes advanced instructional technology media and tools, including but not limited to WebEx, video, and web-design software, social learning tools.
- Designs and implements module modifications, within established standards and methodologies, including but not limited to train-the-trainer
- Responsible for developing metrics, analyzing business challenges, identifying trends and recommending valued-added learning solutions
- Provides recommendations for integrating learning solutions into Dynamic Beginnings model and other existing programs
- Leads and/or supervises virtual teams in a complex highly-matrix organization while collaborating as a team member and subordinate to the Project Director
- Responsible for representing APS and/or virtual team at senior leadership levels throughout enterprise
- Delivers and facilitates training courses to support frontline associates, up to 25% of time
- Continually meets client expectations with on-time delivery while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Manages own training classroom(s), including but not limited to room set-up, in-session tidiness, and post-session cleaning
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Travel as required, up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology or equivalent certification and/or experience required
- Masters degree in instructional design, OD, or HRD.
- Project management experience required
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Expert in at least one advanced instructional technology media/tool required
- Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Writer, Adobe Presenter, Captivate, SnagIt, Macromedia Dreamweaver and facilitation via WebEx preferred
- Strong business acumen with a comprehensive knowledge of business needs required
- Team player with excellent consulting skills and senior presence required
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
- Demonstrated experience communicating with multiple levels of management and peers required
- Working knowledge of cellular/advanced wireless communication preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to travel as required
