Performance/Automation Testing Manager Job in Jersey City, New Jersey US
Non- Functional Performance/Automation Test Manger needed to provide expertise in scope definition, effort estimating and sizing for non-functional testing.
Work closely with programmers, functional test leads and business users in designing test cases which offer 100% non-functional requirement coverage.
Provide non-functional test leadership for mission critical business applications with multiple interfaces.
Assist non-functional test team in the development of all testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports. Ability to be hands-on or lead based on the situation.
Personally provide training for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of non-functional test tools.
Reporting of key testing statistics and trends related to test design execution highlighting system quality and team status against committed project milestones.
Manage objectives, priorities, trade offs, risk and performance of all reporting staff
At least 10 years experience exclusively in non-functional testing, including but not limited to
Performance Tests (Load, Stress, Volume)
Automation for Sanity/Regression Tests
Pen Tests
DR (failover, fallback) Tests
Data Migration/Conversion Tests
Scalability Tests
Reliability Tests
