- Performer Manager / House Mother -
The ideal candidate will have a vast amount of time and management experience in the entertainment and/or service industries, to include wardrobe, hair and makeup. Direct experience in the adult entertainment industry is definitely a plus. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to screening and hiring new talent, managing and scheduling shifts, assisting in wardrobe, hair and makeup and generally managing the staff of entertainers with the goal of providing a 1st Class safe and friendly entertainment environment for our patrons and a profitable, clean, safe and friendly workplace for our employees. Controversy is a new upscale classy Gentlemen’s Club located in the West End Section of the City of Pittsburgh, a mile west of Station Square. This opportunity is with a grassroots organization where your contributions will be recognized and rewarded. You will have direct daily access to the owner and will work together toward the success of the business. This may well be the best job in the area in the entertainment industry for a mature, self-starting, responsible and dedicated candidate.
In addition to the opportunity to grow to the top of a new company very quickly, your compensation will be commensurate with your experience in the industry and should be the most competitive in the marketplace.
