Our downtown client, a leader in the financial services and investment industry is looking for a Business Analyst Manager for the Market Risk Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Market Risk, manage a team of Business Analyst and interface with the Financial Engineering team, development team and business stakeholders
Manage multiple medium and large sized projects and/or manage specific sections of large projects to implement solutions to business problems. This involves planning and scheduling resources, developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress against planned objectives, financial review, and securing consensus and cooperation from users and senior management
Eeffectively work with end users from the Front, Middle and Back Offices, and members of the project team.
. Must be capable of and comfortable in dealing with the demand needs of Front, Middle and Back Office users. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that management is kept informed and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately. Supervise business analysts, technical staff, and users on an individual project basis as well as administratively supervise 35 business analysts.
