OVERVIEW:
person required to have current and sound knowledge in the area of MS Dynamic CRM and/or MS Sharepoint, ideally with skills from both development (primarily) and business analysis and systems admin (for the first yr, candidate is expected to spend approximately 80% of their time in development mode)
will be working closely with internal business and technology stakeholders, gathering, designing and deploying CRM solutions specifically designated for business end users residing within investment, mutual fund and trust business groups
will be expected to provide end to end solutions including post deployment support and admin of both application and MS infrastructure
must have superior presentation and communication skills as there will be ongoing discussions and relationship management work with various levels of business and technical end users.

Job Description and Key Activities
Reporting to the manager of the Microsoft Technology Specialists team, the successful candidate will work alongside other Microsoft Group members to design, configure, build, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 implementation projects for the Wealth lines of business.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Reviewing requirements and recommending configuration/implementation solutions based on Dynamics CRM best practices.
Supporting Architectural solutioning process by providing platform configuration information and making recommendations based on the requirements and best practices.
Determining high level design approach for the purposes of effort estimation.
Designing CRM solutions based on requirements and best practices that use out of the box functionality as much as possible.
Configuring, testing and supporting Dynamics CRM deployments and production instances.
Highlighting CRM dependencies to the larger project groups
When out of the box functionality does not meet the requirements, designing and developing functionality, including, but not limited to:
Custom Workflows and Extensions
Custom Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs
Integration with LOB applications
Providing Level 2 and 3 support for users of Dynamics CRM or the product groups that support them.
In addition to the above technical requirements, the candidate will be responsible for:
Serving as a subject matter expert for business process, data flow, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics, providing input and advice regarding CRM capabilities and functions.
Contributing to a strategic roadmap for CRM within the organization.
Assisting the Management Team to establish and implement effective implementation practices, as well as reusable assets across implementations.
Evaluating new CRM releases, including patches and rollups, and CRM best practices for benefits and impacts.
Participating in governance committees, representing Development Services
Providing training and support as needed.
