Permanent Control Officer recruitment
Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation of Head Office Permanent Control set-up in ISAP:
• Ensure the identification and the control of operational risks and compliance / financial security risks
• Elaborate the GIO/GIT/ISAP/ control plan
• Follow the implementation of recommendations and action plans under GIO/GIT/ISAP responsibility.
• Ensure the reporting and the diffusion of GIO/GIT/ISAP internal control organization and processes
• Take care of all other issues related to GIO/GIT/ISAP internal control organization
• Ensure the communication, reporting and coordination, in relation to internal control processes, with Head Office GIO/GIT Permanent Control and with CA-CIB Singapore RPC/Permanent Controller
• Represent GIO/GIT within all ISAP committees related to Permanent Control issues
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in Operational Risk Management desired
• Degree holder
• Advance knowledge of bank’s organizations and procedures
• Self motivated with excellent analytical and communication (interpersonal/writing) skills
• Autonomy, initiative, able to prioritize
• Strict respect of confidentiality
• Motivated, Dynamic, willingness to learn new concepts
• Proficient in computer software applications like MS office, Powerpoint, VISIO, EXCEL, and SharePoint
• Proficiency written and spoken French is an advantage
