The Opportunity:
An exciting and challenging opportunity has been created for a Packages Underwriter working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where a career development plan is in place. This role will underwrite classes of commercial business across Property, Liability and ISR risks.
Duties will include
- Underwrite commercial business for new business and renewals
- Calculate premiums
- Process and issue policies within authorised limit
- Focus on delivering excellent service
- Develop and build on new and existing broker relationships
Your Details:
- You will have exceptional technical knowledge and a proven track record of Property/Liability Underwriting
- 2 years in a Property/Liability Underwriting role
- ANZII (Associate) qualification or equivalent is essential
- Enjoy working within a Team environment, with a Sales focus
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Maintain awareness of market trends
