Sole Practitioner position
Permanent Part Time (4days / week)
Flexible work days
$63 – 75k + Super (depending on experience)
Facility description:

High, Low, Secure Dementia Respite Care
Therapy services to 80 residents
Minutes to parks and beaches
Key responsibilities:
Holistic assessment and treatment of a variety of conditions for residents
Development and delivery of client-centred goals, treatment and care plans
Provision of tailored exercise programs with outcome measures
Regular review of treatment as appropriate
Assess potential hazards and risks along side nursing staff
Conduct manual handling workshops as part of training
Job competencies required:
Degree in Physiotherapy
FULL Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA and current Police Clearance Certificate
Excellent clinical knowledge and experience
Good documentation skills
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication, time management customer service skills
