Personal Assistant – Native English/Italian recruitment

A rapidly developing financial services company is seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to the senior partners of the company and as such the chosen candidate will, among others, answer the phone and deal with prospects, clients, providers and others in a professional way. Given the link of the company with the Italian market it is imperative that the candidate be native on both English and Italian.

Requirements:

• Some PA experience with senior executives

• Native in both English and Italian. Any other EU language would be a strong plus.

• Proactive, able to anticipate and using common sense as a key resource in the candidate's daily tasks

• Minimum A-Levels; university or college studies would also be a strong plus.

Tasks:

• Assistance to senior partners in administrative and organizational tasks.

• Telephone liaison and screening of calls.

• Faxing/photocopying/opening mail/responding to email.

• Coordinating diaries, travel, and itineraries.

• Preparing trips, including tickets, documents, files etc.

• Processing of invoices, expenses claims and booking all travel requirements.

• Any ad hoc activities as agreed.

The right candidate is also somebody with ambition, willing eventually to grow within the company (the previous PA has evolved to a client relationship job within the firm).

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate with the possibility of evolution is confirmed.
