Personal Assistant
An Investment bank based in Canary Wharf is recruiting a Personal Assistant to work on a temporary basis within their Compliance Department. The purpose of the role is to support the Managing Director and team. You will have significant secretarial experience.
Key responsibilities include diary management, preparing presentations and organising meetings as well as greeting guests. You will be dealing with internal and external clients handling a variety of enquiries. The role will also require booking and co-ordinating travel and accommodation.
General administrative duties will include personalising documents, logging, printing, dealing with expenses, and managing technology requests such as system access. You will also be gathering and analysing data for independent assignments.
You will need to interact with stakeholders on all levels; therefore proven interpersonal skills are essential. This role will suit a person able to multi-task, organise and manage their time effectively.
