This global organisation specialising in the finance sector is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join one of their specialist services departments.

Supporting one Partner and two Directors, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships. You will also support the wider team for department relevant activities as required.

Your key duties will include:

- Diary Management
- Travel Coordination
- Event Coordination
- Project Coordination
- Producing and putting through mark ups / changes to PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Minutes in meetings
- Building client relationships and networking

To be successful in this position, you will be exceptionally professional, have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, have prior experience as a Team Secretary or Personal Assistant, have a pro-active work ethic, and have outstanding communication skills and experience in handling confidential information.
