This growing organisation has been in operation for over 100 years and is fast becoming a leader in their field. With an expanding product range and increasing brand awareness they are becoming a dominant player in their industry.

They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to come on board and support their Directors. This is a newly created role that will play an essential part in their growth plans.

To be successful in your application you will bring extensive experience in a PA or senior administration role. With a firm but flexible approach, you will manage the busy schedules of the Directors and also be responsible for general office management.

Experience in diary and travel management will enable you to keep on top of a demanding workload. You will be screening phone calls and drafting correspondence, therefore attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality is vital. You must be able to provide high level support and also be willing to assist with the more menial administration tasks on a day to day basis.

With a proactive approach you need to be two steps ahead at all times. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. You will be rewarded with a friendly working environment with plenty of scope for growth.
