Are you looking to capitalise on your experience within a government organisation? Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant that has attention to detail, strong communication skills, fantastic interpersonal skills and a solid Personal Assistant background. Located in the inner-west, our client is currently seeking a temporary candidate for an on-going position based in the Western Suburbs,

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for arranging client meetings, liaising with customers and internal staff members, Diary Management, booking and co-ordinating all travel arrangements and general ad-hoc administrative duties.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position, a high level of motivation and organisational skills, a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to multi task and a high level of professionalism.
