Personal Assistant – Management Consulting

Supporting one Partner and the wider Consulting team, this position will give you the opportunity to utilise your excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, ability to plan ahead and will offer the chance to immerse yourself into the company. Focused on providing first class administrative support, your proactive attitude will quickly ensure you develop trusting working relationships with the partners whilst your professionalism will see you become a highly regarded member of the team. This position is a 10 month contract.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging interstate and overseas travel
- Extensive client liaison and acting as first point of contact
- Fielding calls and responding to emails
- Proactive, immersing oneself in the business, to know, understand and appreciate key stakeholders and clients
- Make executive decisions on Partner's behalf in terms of calendar invites/emails and delegating where required
- Problem solving
- General office duties including filing and implementation of new administrative systems
- Typing documents and general correspondence
- Collaboration with and support for the broader Adelaide Office administration team when required
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a Practice/Personal Assistant capacity
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Lotus Notes experience
- Ability to manage expectations and prioritise workload
- An interest in developing a deep understanding of the business
- Flexible approach with a "no job too small" attitude
- Experience in working within a professional services firm would be advantageous - or at least some knowledge of Partnerships and how they operate
