Personal Assistant recruitment
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide routine and specialized office support primarily to the Regional Head of Advisory Solutions as well as his direct reports. You will receive general instructions and leadership, but have the freedom to show initiative and work independently within agreed limits.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Administrative organization and co-ordination of meetings, and the preparation of reports and presentations for use by the managers
- Handling all correspondence with a high degree of independence, judgment and discretion
- Administering filing systems, both manually and electronically
- Carrying out and co-coordinating routine and/or specialized work
- Handling incoming mail, and fielding calls, liaising with the manager and their peers both inter and intra-divisional
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
- Working experience in financial institution in a similar position
- Excellent proficiency in English (written/spoken)
- Highly proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven track record of sound organizational and planning skills, ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and client-focus
- Flexibility to support ad-hoc projects and events
