Looking for an experienced PA, who has worked with the financial services industy at director level.
The core responsibility of the job holder is to provide personal, secretarial and administrative support to the Directors and Management Team. To exercise considerable initiative and a high degree of social skills dealing with a full range of people, whilst representing the companies image at all times.
the role is split into 60% Diary Management, 25% Administration and 15% Mangement Support
Essential
- Significant PA experience, preferably within Financial Services or professional services organisation.
- Experience of supporting at Director level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2003/2010 for administration for team intranet pages
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills required
- Understands need for confidentiality and integrity
- Demonstrates a good understanding of office management, including compliance requirements.
- Ability to drive / react to change and influence others.
- Proven track record of building relationships with a variety of challenging key stakeholders at Director level.
- Good oral/written presentation skills.
- Concern for accuracy and detail.
