Personal Assistant supporting the Property Director

Our client, a globally recognised grocery brand based at Prestons is currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Property Director. The ideal candidate will have a background in Property, Legal, Town Planning or Construction.
This role will involve working as a team focusing on supermarket store development on both leasehold and freehold sites. Each project will see your involvement from planning and construction to managing the existing store network on completion. You will also be responsible for general PA duties.
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a Personal Assistant position
- Previous experience within Property, Legal, Town Planning or the Construction Industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word
- Own transport - parking available on site
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
