Personal Banker
A leading and highly respected bank has an opportunity as a full time Personal Banker based in the Norwich Branch, initially for a 6 month contract.
As a Retail Banking Advisor your role will be to provide an outstanding level of customer serve to customers face to face in the branch. You will be conducting fact finds with customers to understand their needs, then cross sell a range of products to meet these needs. Taking customers through application processes, carrying out credit checks and referencing to appropriate specialists when required (Mortgages, etc).
Essential Experience
You must come from a face-to-face sales background where you have worked towards sales targets, ideally in Banking or Financial services. However we are also looking for candidates from a phones selling or holiday sales background.
You must be able to pass a credit check (no ccjs, defaults, or IVA’s)
