Play a vital role in the customer banking experience at Chase! As part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has over 5,200 locations where our bankers build relationships with customers and provide them with products and services to meet their ever-changing needs. As a Personal Banker-Small Business Specialist (PB-SBS), you will execute Personal Banker behaviors with additional focus on small business customers. You will be responsible for opening all new business accounts and ensuring the right account with convenience. You will prospect for business opportunities in the branch, and retain and grow Premier Business customers. Additionally, you will answer questions and help other PBs with business questions and opportunities. After some period on the job, you may have the opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance licenses to be able to provide additional products and service recommendations to customers. You will maximize the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship by partnering with other specialists, contributing to the success of the firm and creating an outstanding customer experience. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. As such, upon active employment with JPMorgan Chase, you will be required to either register on NMLS or re-register and move your previous registration to JPMorgan Chase's registration rolls. Your continued employment in this position with JPMorgan Chase is contingent upon successful registration immediately after your start date and annual renewal of your registration thereafter. In addition, information obtained during the registration process may impact your employment with the firm.
