Personal Banker (Part-time)
A leading and highly respected bank has an opportunity as a Personal Banker based in their Hartlepool Branch. The role is Part-Time.
As the Retail Banker your role will be to provide outstanding levels of customer serve to customers face to face in the branch. You will be conducting fact finds with customers to understand their needs, then cross sell a range of products to meet these needs. Taking customers through application processes, carrying out credit checks and referencing to appropriate specialists when required (Mortgages, etc).
Essential Experience
You must come from a face-to-face sales background where you have worked towards sales targets, ideally in Banking or Financial services. However we are also looking for candidates from a phones selling or holiday sales background.
You must be able to pass a credit check (no ccjs, defaults, or IVA’s)
