As a Personal Banker you will provide excellent customer service ensuring customer needs are identified and met along with contributing to the achievement of branch targets for sales and referral activity. The successful incumbent will also have the ability to actively sell the bank's full range of transactional and relationship products and services along with joining existing consultant interactions to offer assistance and close on referrals.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and practices
- Strong experience in sales and worked towards sales targets/KPIs
- Strong desire to work in a team-oriented, product sales environment
