Starting wage is: $15.67 - $18.02 per hour DOQ. Primary Responsibilities: * The primary duties of this position are to support and maintain desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile devices and peripherals devices. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software. This position also assists in the administration of the network and the phone system. Qualifications: * The successful candidate must have considerable knowledge of; personal computers to include basic networking skills demonstrating the ability to connect and configure computers and peripherals in a network environment, Active Directory, group policies, and administration of a variety of software including Windows XP, Windows 7, Adobe and the suite of Microsoft Office products. * This position also requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * A degree in computer information science or related field is preferred. OR Any combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable.
