Personal / Executive Assistant recruitment
Working in a team of experienced Personal Assistants, this role will act as a 'float' position covering sickness, holiday and providing general support to all the Personal Assistants. Supporting the Group Management Committee, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities including:
- Diary management
- Arranging itineraries
- Organising travel arrangements including visas, booking tickets and hotels
- Organising meetings and conferences
- Booking meeting rooms
- Providing telephone coverage
- Processing expenses
- Responsible for a variety of administrative duties including; filing, photocopying, scanning, sending mail via courier, taxi bookings etc
This is an immediate requirement and therefore the ideal candidate will be immediately available or available at short notice. This role is suited to individuals with experience working with executive level staff in the Banking sector, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
