Personal Tax Technician

Experienced personal tax assistant sought by a small dynamic accountancy practice

PERSONAL TAX TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT ASSOCIATE JOB FOR AN EXPERIENCED PERSONAL TAX ASSISTANT, IDEALLY ATT QUALIFIED, TO JOIN A REPUTABLE FIRM OF ACCOUNTANTS IN DORSET

Our client is an established accountancy practice in Dorset with an enviable reputation, currently run by its three Directors who are supported by a further 15 professional team members. They are a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants, Registered Auditors and Chartered Tax Advisers and act for in excess of 1000 clients. They were awarded the ACCA kite mark for quality in 2006, illustrating that they have met the highest standards required by their professional body. They are also a ‘gold standard’ ACCA training practice which underlines their commitment to training and developing their staff. They are passionate about the advice they give and it must reflect not only their technical expertise but also their common sense approach.

They are looking to strengthen their existing team with the appointment of a experienced personal tax professional: someone who already has substantial experience in personal tax matters, probably supported by the ATT qualification, and who can take responsibility for processing in the region of 200 tax returns, some of which are clients in a specialised field. The firm uses IRIS software.

This is a newly-created role with plenty of scope for the right person, so you will need to be able to work on your own initiative as part of a team and be willing to come up with a few ideas on how to grow the client base. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a thriving team where hard work will be rewarded and good work/life balance will be on offer.

If you are looking for a new challenge and keen to become part of a forward-thinking professional team this could be the next role for you so please contact us now.
