Personal Wealth Manager/Senior Personal Wealth Manager recruitment
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to Vice President, Advance Team Head, you will:
- champion the Bank's needs-based sales culture to build and expand customer relationships, through the delivery of high quality sales and service.
- focus on wealth preservation and creation for your customers
- demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' financial needs through a financial planning process
- ensure all operational transactions are executed expeditiously and with minimum error as well as in strict compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
Skills and Attributes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a minimum qualification of diploma from recognised institution with proven sales track record
- at least 1 year of retail banking sales experience in wealth management products or 3 years of insurance sales experience; candidates with more years of experience may be considered for the Senior Personal Wealth Manager role
- a high level of commercial awareness of the industry, including market developments and product offerings
- accreditation in CHI and CMFAS Modules 1, 5, 6, 8 and 9
- to be highly driven to excel in a sales-focused environment
- to be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
