Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is looking for an individual to support the human resources and finance departments in nurturing a healthy, vibrant and fulfilling work environment while coordinating employee on-boarding and mentorship in addition to handling employment compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have the ability to pay strong attention to detail and additionally be an effective problem solver able to use critical thinking and judgment consistent with the Zoo’s culture in addition to standards, policies, procedures, regulation and/or governmental requirements.
