Pesticide Analyst Job in Newmarket, Anglia UK
My client is a leading contract testing laboratory based in the South East. Due to continued growth they now have an immediate requirement for a Pesticide Analyst to join their existing team.
In this role you will be reponsible largely for method development and validation in order to gain UKAS accreditation. Other duties will include processing samples and data in line with company QMS procedures, maintaining and trouble shooting analytical equipment, entering results onto the company LIMS as well as any ad hoc duties as required. It is therefore essential that you have a flexible attitude to your work.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject coupled with proven analytical experience and a knowledge of pesticide analysis. Experience working in a UKAS or MCERTs environment is also desirable.
