PFS Client Service Analyst, Assitant Vice President recruitment

- Provide critical customer support for our 335 global institutional investors. Train new and experienced users on PAM
• Consult with our clients to clarify objectives and to respond to questions on functionality and processes
• Document client inquires; publish your responses to both clients and team members
• Identify software defects for submission to our programmers
• Assist and mentor less experienced team members
• Candidate will be responsible for end-user training and knowledge transfer, both in Princeton and at client sites
• Assume a lead role in smaller consulting endeavors
• Both domestic and international travel is essential for client training and consulting endeavors

Skills

Candidate must be customer service oriented and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are required.
You must have:
• Minimum of three to five years of Investment/Securities Accounting, preferably within the Mutual Funds, Asset Management, Pension Fund or Insurance Industry
• A four-year business related degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance
• A minimum of eighteen months of client support experience necessary
