As part of the Program Planning and Control (PPC) organization, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning and control practices supporting the Maritime Mission Systems (MMS) Operating Unit within the Defense Technologies Division. The candidate will be responsible for all financial analysis, tracking and reporting for contracts at Wallops Island, VA. Develop and maintain contract budgets and monitor performance. Prepare and update EACs quarterly. Prepare the finance slides for the quarterly Program Management Review. Update contract Core Metrics monthly. Update department Summary spreadsheet monthly. Prepare cost estimates. Construct financial budget and spend plan that tracks expenditures and financial performance. Ensure costs are controlled within contract value, avoiding over/under runs. Additional duties include performing financial analysis, profitability analysis, and variance analysis (actual to plan). Maintain accurate records of funding and maintain adequate level of funding. Incorporate contractual changes to spend plans. Interact with program management, finance, contracts, accounting. Review invoice and billing for accuracy. Maintain expertise in Cost Accounting Standards and NG policies and procedures. Populate template for set up of new contract CLINs and submit to the Contract Setup Organization. Lead kick-off meetings to establish new contract CLINs in SAP. Respond quickly and accurately to a variety of requests. Must be able to interface with all levels of external customers. This position is located in Wallops Island, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: 3 years with Bachelor's degree, 1 year with Master's degree
