Reporting directly to the PPC Homeroom and supporting the OU Business Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Become the Lead PCA for the following activities: Updating ACRN book Award Fee Schedule accurately with Contract modifications and utilizing the funds as described in the contract mod back-up documents ; validation of ACRN balances against Gov't Balances; scheduling of activities required to create invoices, supporting documentation and presentation such that DSO directives are achieved; ensuring that invoicing actives are completed on schedule; creating the invoice in conjunction with the Billing department; providing required billing detail and commentary to Reporting Team for customer deliverables; researching report variances and resolving prior to invoice finalization; reconciling the invoice to supporting documents; creating the Billed - Unbilled" reporting and following up to encourage quick resolution; creating cash reports to include: Cash Forecast, Unbilled Reports, and DSO analysis. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks. Able to communicate effectively and clearly present approaches and findings.
Basic Qualifications:
Position requires 10+ years with Bachelor's or 6+ years with Master's degree and excellent Excel skills; SAP experience preferred. Clearable to TS / SCI with full scope poly.
